Masternode Activation Guide

The masternode activation process is almost the same for every type of masternode. Please follow the instructions below. If you have any issues whatsoever, please contact support@nodesupply.com or join our Telegram group.

The example below uses the Crown wallet to illustrate the steps required to activate your masternode. However, the process is very similar for every wallet, except OPCX and Solaris. ZenCash nodes do not need to be activated.

1. Collect information

Collect the following information:

1. IP Address Retrieve this from the 'Nodes' tab on your subscription page on nodesupply.com.
2. Masternode Private Key (or genkey) This is the masternode private key you entered when ordering your masternode. This is a long string that looks similar to 5J55yHcyTiqq81WEzvHi7SKN37ZhqhZWUbog7NRzNkmQuVMd2Z4.
3. Collateral tx id This is the long string of characters of the output from the '... outputs' command, please see the table above for the correct command. E.g. for Crown Systemnodes: 'node outputs'
4. Collateral tx index This is either 0, 1 or 2. This is retrieved from the second part of the '... outputs' command. E.g. for Crown Systemnodes: 'node outputs'
